S’Abanell Beach

Passeig de s'Abanell, Blanes, Girona, Spain.

This is the longest beach of Blanes and the most touristic. It limits to the north with the rock of “Sa Palomera” and to the south with the mouth of the Tordera river, limiting with the municipality of Malgrat de Mar. Seafront, very thick sand, semi-urban surroundings, very strong slope of entrance to the water, south east orientation, 2380m length and 32m average width.

Surveillance and rescue (lifeguard hours 10:30 to 18:30), beach police, information point, disabled support, public transportation, playground for children, nautical activities, tourist boats, parasols and hamocks rental, public showers and toilets, parking, bars, restaurants, etc.
