The “La Tastaolletes” project begins in 2010 when Xantal and Miquel embarked on the exciting adventure of making gastronomy a way of life. It goes without saying that we would not be where we are without the support and help of Dolores. They characterize the effort, passion and enthusiasm that we put into our work, which evolves and constantly improves.
The product of fresh and quality proximity is the basis of our cuisine, which is a mixture of creativity and tradition, which allows us to present a varied and dynamic gastronomic offer with traditional dishes of Catalan cuisine and other cultures. Our cuisine is simple without any other pretense than to enjoy and surprise our guests.
