In the Candlelight Restaurant you can enjoy the taste of classic Mediterranean cuisine. During the summer season, sit in the Patio del Candlelight, surrounded by the fragrant gardens of the “La Gavina” five stars hotel, or during the spring or autumn, sit in the interior room where oil paintings of Grau Sala are hung for dinner, always accompanied by our beloved pianist.
Among the classics offered by our Chef, Laurentino Costa, are the Chateaubriand with soufflée potatoes and bearnaise sauce; the Tournedó de oxtail, escalopa de foie poêlé and sweet wine sauce; or for dessert the Crêppes Suzzette flambéed at the Grand Marnier.
