Vigata Cove

Camí de les Penyes, 7. Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Girona, Spain.

Official Website

The “Cala del Vigatà” is a beautiful pebble cove located at the foot of a cliff. Access is by foot from the street. A fairly long stretch of steep stone stairs runs from the end of the road and zigzags down to the cove, taking about 5 to 10 minutes to descend. One of the most important “Posidonia Oceanica” prairies in the area can be found at the front of this cove. This, along with the Port Salvi zone, forms a marine area of great natural value, included within the European Natura 2000 Network of protected natural areas. It is a mixed cove and naturism is permitted.
