Located a few minutes walk from the city center, the beach of Mar Menuda is ideal for families. At one end, there is a rocky formation that surrounds the small cove and is popularly known as ‘sa banyera de ses dones‘ (the women’s bathtub). The legend tells that this rock formation was opened by god in two and created the small cove so that Saint Ramon de Penyafort could arrive in time to hear the confession of a man who was dying .

The whole of the beach is just over 150 meters long and has multiple services. Gross sand and usually clean waters, the beach has been awarded with the blue flag and is also a well-known place among lovers of scuba diving. Notable depth a few meters from the shore.
